What happens when a Coupon Expert in one region of the USA moves to another area of the country? I have started over learning new stores, coupon policies and building a reasonable stock pile and savings routine from scratch since October 1, 2011. I was an expert in Atlanta and the South but now happily reside in Columbia, Missouri!

Clearance Flowers and Plants at Lowes

If you are driving around and near a Lowes- stop by and check to see if there is a clearance section in the garden area. They will mark plants down and flats to next to nothing because they have bloomed, the weather affected them or they just need more space for new arrivals. With a little TLC you can nurse these plants back to help really just by getting them in the ground.

Last year we bought several flats of flowers that turned out just gorgeous! Just another way to save money so check it out! If you can't find them- just ask a sales associate!
