What happens when a Coupon Expert in one region of the USA moves to another area of the country? I have started over learning new stores, coupon policies and building a reasonable stock pile and savings routine from scratch since October 1, 2011. I was an expert in Atlanta and the South but now happily reside in Columbia, Missouri!

Sample Kroger Shops this week

Hey- here are 2 Kroger shops from this week and what I got. I only had coupons- no prescription gift cards, extra Kroger coupons etc. I want you to see that these shops included need items like meat, produce and diapers.

Shop 1: Total Spent: $23.59 Saved: $46.78 or 68% saved
Red Leaf Lettuce
Green Leaf Lettuce
1.62 lbs of red grapes
Bananas
Ham for lunches this week
2 packages of skinless, boneless chicken thighs (Manager's Specials for $2.89 and $2.93 each)
3 Packages of Quaker Quakes
14 Suave Shampoos and Conditioners
7 Brut Deodorants
8 Suave Deodorants
7 SoftSoap hand soaps
Total items: 46 or just .51 cents an item

Shop 2: Total Spent: $20.94 Saved: $27.05 or 58% off
Smoked ham lunch meat
Flat Iron Steak
Kroger diapers
15 Suave Shampoos and Conditioners
6 Suave Deodorant
7 SoftSoaps
Total items: 31 or just about .67 cents an item

Now- this is an extreme shop with all the Suave and no my husband doesn't wear Brut (if you do- no offense!) The Suave, Brut and Softsoap are part of my Great Disney Stockpile Experiment which I will explain next. I'll take out the Softsoap I need for my stockpile.
